What is Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership between coach and coachee, in which techniques and exercises are used to facilitate the process of self-discovery. This process enables the coachee to clarify and attain goals, and make the necessary changes in order to reach their full potential.

Coaching is not Therapy, Counseling or Consulting. It is focused on future goals. With the help of a Coach, the individual will identify, prioritize, problem solve, and act on the choices they make.
